️⭐️️️ In as much as forgiving others is important to release the energy of being stuck in the past, we'd also want to practice self-forgiveness to further anchor in the present moment and take our power back.

🔔 In this video, I share how to "consciously" choose to self-forgiveness. We do that when we choose to look at hurtful and painful experiences as opportunities for learning and growing to "do better next time," instead of beating ourselves up or being stuck in self-deprecating talk.

🔥 Shifting our mindset from regret and self-doubt to growth and learning is a conscious choice and represents a practice of living and leading consciously.
