While the status quo is the level where our problems reside, conscious leadership is the level where all the solutions can be found. 


I believe that we are all leaders. Every time we interact with another person, we have the opportunity to influence the other person either in a positive way or negative way. Positive influence is characterized by engaging, inspiring and motivating others to be their best self. We are conscious leaders when we have this positive effect on others and on ourself. Anything less than this positive effect is unconscious leadership. 

 The secret to how effective we are in leading ourselves or others to a happy, healthy, fulfilling and successful life is how conscious we are in the process. Conscious organizations are built by conscious leaders. The greatest investment you can make in your organization to drive it down the path of greatness and high level performance is by investing in the development of conscious leaders.

 The question to ask yourself is not whether you are a leader. This is an already established premise. The question to ask yourself is whether or not you are leading by choice or default. “Default” leads to unconscious leadership that keeps us stuck in the status quo, while “Choice” leads to conscious leadership that unleashes our greatness. Leading by "Choice" requires raising your awareness. As such, by you rising up from the status quo, you will begin to shine. 

 My coaching is based on iPEC’s Core Energy Coaching™ Process. This is a transformative conscious leadership program that helps individuals and teams achieve their goals by raising their conscious awareness and begin to lead by "Choice." This process will create a positive ripple effect on all facets of your life. You will begin to lead yourself consciously. You will become a conscious leader. 


 How often do you go about your day aware of how your level of consciousness, which is a product of your beliefs, thoughts, emotions and feelings, is shaping your behavior or creating your reality? Keep in mind that just like individuals, groups, organizations and communities operate from a unique level of consciousness. Through the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment, I will help you, your team or organization discover your Energy Factor or “E-Factor,” which is a reflection of your level of “energy” or consciousness. Your E-Factor gives you a clear picture of which level of consciousness you typically operate from under normal conditions and under stress. The ELI Assessment is a holistic assessment based on iPEC's Energetic Self-Perception Chart that outlines our 7 Levels of Energy or Consciousness or Attitudes towards oneself and the world.  

 If you, your team or organizations are dissatisfied with any aspect of your reality and you feel stuck in the status quo, this would entail shifting your level of consciousness to raise your E-Factor. Your E- Factor has been directly linked to the quality of life you are living, how successful you are in manifesting your ideal life and your ability to liberate yourself from the status quo.

In short, your E-Factor can tell you how successful you are in living as a conscious leader. What is certain is that conscious leaders are highly self-aware and choose to operate from higher levels of energy (3 and above), which in turn creates the best outcomes for themselves and those around them.
